The first thing we should do is meet! 

It could be a local coffee shop, or your home, we can meet wherever is the most comfortable for you. If you are not local we can chat on FaceTime. From there, we can discuss all the steps we will need to take to secure the purchase of a new home. 

I can tell you about homes in the best areas, the areas growing the fastest in Oceanside, school catchment areas, bus pick-up points, and all the things you might have otherwise missed.
